Best Yoga Poses For Weight Loss

1. Wind Releasing Pose:
Benefits: This pose is very effective for reducing fat around abdomen.
• At first you have to lie down on the floor. Then try to fetch your knees up to chest. You can catch ankles to do it.
• Hold your arms together over your legs or knees like embrace. You have to get up your head from floor to do so.
• Take deep breath and relax slowly.
2. Boat Pose:
Benefits: It will burn fat in abdomen and make it strength.
• Sit down by keeping knees and feet close to your chest.
• Get up your feet keeping straight position.
• Just keep your body and legs in vertical position. Legs and body will remain 45 degree angle on the floor.
• Stretch your hand.
3. Cobra Pose:
Benefits: This is very effective for buttocks and abdomen.
• Lie down on the floor keeping face down.
• Keep hands under shoulders.
• Increase strength in hands and press palms on the floor, try to get up head with chest but keep the abdomen touching position with floor.
• Take deep breath for some while and then relax slowly.
4. Warrior Pose:
Benefits: This pose works on thighs, abs, arms etc. and cause to weight loss.
• At first stand straight.
• Keep your left leg 45 degree angle on the ground.
• Bend right leg in 90 degree angle.
• Hands up with body keeping straight above.
