Mold department is equipped with computer gong(CNC)\carved machine(CNC)\the lathe\ the drilling machine, the spark machine and other kinds of machines. The die casting department has eight coldly and hot cell die-casting machines.
The post-processing department has sets of equipment complete, such as the drilling machine, the tapping machine ,the cluster drilling machine, buffing machine, sand slinger, rolling machine, drawing machine, grinder, punch press, baking varnish and so on.
The paint baking Department has passivation treatment production line, automatic paint baking line, spray cabinet, bread oven and other complete sets of equipment. Quality Control Department is equipped with three-dimensional measuring instrument(CMM), salt spray testing machine, vacuum measuring instrument, balance measuring instrument, and more than 100 other gauge instruments.
Die Casting
Die-casting is a precision casting method that uses high pressure to force the molten metal into a complex-shaped metal mold. The mold is usually made of a higher-strength alloy. This process is somewhat similar to injection molding. Most die castings are iron-free, such as zinc, copper, aluminum, magnesium, lead, tin, and lead-tin alloys and their alloys. Depending on the type of die casting, you need to use a cold chamber die casting machine or a hot chamber die casting machine.
Sand Casting
Sand casting is the use of clay-bonded sand as a modeling material to produce castings. It is a process with a long history and the most widely used process. With the vigorous development of various chemically bonded sands, clay green sand is still the most important modeling material. Its wide application range and large consumption are unmatched by any other modeling material. According to reports, more than 80% of American steel castings are made of clay green sand; in Japan, more than 73% of steel castings are made of clay green sand.
Investment casting, also known as lost wax casting, includes processes such as pressing wax, repairing wax, assembling trees, dipping slurry, melting wax, casting molten metal, and post-treatment. Lost wax casting is to use wax to make a wax mold of the part to be cast, and then coat the wax mold with mud. This is a mud mold. After the clay mold is dried, put it in hot water to melt the internal wax mold. Take out the clay mold from the melted wax mold and fire it into a pottery mold. Once roasted. Generally, a pouring port is left when making a mud mold, and then molten metal is poured from the pouring port. After cooling, the required parts are made.
CNC Machining
General CNC machining usually refers to computer digital control precision machining, CNC machining lathe, CNC machining milling machine, CNC machining boring and milling machine, etc.
