NSDL IPO: Issue Details

  •  NSDL IPO is a book-building issue of ₹4,011.60 crores, consisting entirely of an offer for sale of 5.01 crore shares with no fresh issue component. 
  • : The company has set the price band between ₹760 and ₹800 per share.
  •  ICICI Securities Limited, Axis Capital Limited, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, and SBI Capital Markets Limited
  • : MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Link Intime). 
  • : The shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE and the BSE on August 6, 2025.
